CEO and Co-founder - Kuniaki Watanabe

Kuniaki Watanabe is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-founder of WINWORKS One, the leading IT solutions provider in People Performance Management (PPM). With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, he has profound knowledge of management efficiency and how to improve it by using People Performance Management (PPM).

Starting his career with IBM, Japan in 1971, Mr. Watanabe rapidly climbed the ladder of success and worked on CEO positions at GE and C-Itoh joint venture, Digital Equipment Corporation in Japan, and Nihon Ariba K.K.

Mr. Watanabe is also a visiting faculty at Tsukuba University, Japan. His motto is "WORK HAPPILY!".

Director, CTO and Co-founder - Yosuke Mori

Yosuke Mori is Director, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-founder of WINWORKS One. Before establishing WINWORKS One, Mr. Mori held leadership roles in Hitachi Corporation and Cognos Inc. in their software product development and business development.
