It is difficult to schedule the work hours matching with the
traffic in service industry. WINWORKS One automatically and efficiently
schedules the work hours in that condition.
The following diagram is an example of the comparison between
before and after use of WINWORKS One application. Since the labor law requires
employer to set up a uniform work hour schedule every day for each staff, this
kind of scheduling does not match with the traffic as shown in the figure below
and amplifies the cost caused by overtime.
The labor law allows employer to set up a flexible
work hour system if an average weekly work hours of a staff does not exceed the
40-hour limit. In this system, employer is able to use variety of work shifts
to generate a roster in order to match it with the traffic. With this
condition, a planned work that exceeds 8 hours a day limit is not considered as
overtime work.
Manual planning of flexible work hour system is very complicated
task and requires a lot of human efforts. In contrast, WINWORKS One can achieve
this purpose of flexible work hour system by matching the different time shifts
with the traffic and satisfy the individual work hour conditions required by
the law. Therefore, a significant reduction can be achieved in overtime work
hours and the cost caused by the overtime.
WINWORKS One automatically creates a work-shift schedule table for
each staff's work hours and days; and helps in running the operations smoothly.
